Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and identify claims that do not fall within policy scope, ensuring accurate outcomes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, providing effective communication and solutions.
  • Prepare and draft documentation for stakeholders as needed, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Develop customer relationships to understand their needs, delivering personalized and positive experiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in complex customer service environments, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to optimize business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
  • Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  • High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at balancing understanding, empathy, and compassion with achieving optimal commercial outcomes.
