About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our luxury hotel as a Concierge, where you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with their arrival and departure.
  • Provide personalized service and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
  • Assist with valet parking and luggage handling.
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities and services to answer guest queries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a general knowledge of hotel front office and concierge procedures.
  • Be able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Hold a valid full Australian driver's license.
