Senior Client Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our business development group, you will be responsible for driving client growth, managing bids and tenders, and supporting marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading client-facing teams. You will be expected to develop and implement account management plans, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the firm's overall business strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing account management plans to drive client growth and retention
- Managing bid and tender processes for allocated clients, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborating with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns and events
- Providing thought leadership on industry trends and best practices, contributing to business development strategy and policy
This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
