Job Overview:

This role entails coordinating and managing scheduled and ad-hoc building maintenance operations to ensure timely, within-scope completion to a high standard of workmanship.

  • Bolster strategic partnerships with external service providers, integrating their staff into the facilities team.
  • Conduct regular site assessments to evaluate facility condition, identify repairs, and safety hazards, and support health, safety, security, environment, and quality audits.
  • Coordinate operational projects, including project scoping, contractor sourcing, risk management, and quality evaluations.
  • Provide technical expertise to local teams and senior managers in facilities services.
  • Act as a liaison for stakeholders and manage site disruptions.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and demonstrate leadership behaviors to achieve organizational objectives.

Key qualifications include:

  • Degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Significant technical experience across hard services (electrical, HVAC, mechanical, hydraulic, civil).
  • Experience in delivering facilities management services and financial management.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and conceptual skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and obligations.
