
Maintenance Operations Manager

This role entails coordinating and managing scheduled and ad-hoc building maintenance operations to ensure timely, within-scope completion to a high standard of workmanship.
- Bolster strategic partnerships with external service providers, integrating their staff into the facilities team.
- Conduct regular site assessments to evaluate facility condition, identify repairs, and safety hazards, and support health, safety, security, environment, and quality audits.
- Coordinate operational projects, including project scoping, contractor sourcing, risk management, and quality evaluations.
- Provide technical expertise to local teams and senior managers in facilities services.
- Act as a liaison for stakeholders and manage site disruptions.
- Evaluate supplier performance and demonstrate leadership behaviors to achieve organizational objectives.
Key qualifications include:
- Degree in engineering or a related field.
- Significant technical experience across hard services (electrical, HVAC, mechanical, hydraulic, civil).
- Experience in delivering facilities management services and financial management.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and conceptual skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and obligations.
