Operations Support Administrator Job Description

The Operations Support Administrator role involves collaborating closely with the service team and site management to provide assistance with tasks such as planned maintenance, reactive allocation, tracking, reporting, and escalating issues.

This role is responsible for coordinating and allocating tasks across multiple services and contracts, ensuring successful task completion within CMMS systems. The incumbent will also be responsible for guaranteeing quality and accuracy of data and records related to assets and maintenance, keeping records updated regularly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the finance and accounts team
  • Coordinating and allocating tasks like planned maintenance and reactive maintenance across multiple services and contracts
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy of data and records related to assets and maintenance
  • Operating the internal helpdesk line and answering calls from engineers and client service desk personnel
  • Closing out work orders and performing necessary checks to move POs to approved status
  • Liaising daily with technicians to ensure SLA performance meets KPIs

For this position, a general knowledge of maintenance activities, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
