About the Role

The Maintenance Controller will oversee the branch workshop and deliver exceptional service to customers through maintenance/repair of small motor powered equipment.

  • Perform routine equipment repairs and servicing in accordance with high-quality standards.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the branch workshop, maintenance of equipment, ordering of parts, coordination of preventative maintenance services, and task allocations for serviceperson drivers.
  • Provide support to other branches for equipment utilisation and repair as needed.

We seek a skilled professional with at least 3 years' experience in similar roles or fields, showcasing strong equipment maintenance and servicing abilities.

  • A proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions, including teamwork and autonomous task completion within required timeframes.
  • Effective time management skills, including planning and rescheduling in response to priority changes.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
