Purchasing Officer Job

Seeking a skilled and motivated Purchasing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Procure goods and services in compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers;
  • Manage inventory levels and control stock movements;
  • Monitor and analyze expenditure to ensure cost savings;
  • Prepare and present reports to management on purchasing performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
