Drillfast is a single-source supplier of support systems to the construction industry. We're growing, and we need a Purchasing Manager to support our team who can lead our end-to-end procurement with precision, speed, and accountability.

What Your Role Will Look Like

You'll work closely with our Sales, Inventory, Warehouse and Customer Service Teams to ensure our supply chain is reliable, responsive, and cost-effective. You'll manage supplier relationships, maintain ERP accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across all purchasing activities—local and import.

You'll take responsibility for:

Approval of purchase orders

Managing product codes, prices, and item data in NetSuite

Support NPD process

Maintaining healthy stock levels and working with Inventory Controller to reduce risk of shortages

Solving supply or delivery issues fast—sometimes within hours

Monitoring backorders and keeping them low (we hate them too)

Managing clear communications with internal stakeholders (Sales, CS, Warehouse) on ETAs and supply-chain challenges

Monitor and improve supplier performance and driving cost-saving opportunities

Running purchasing meetings, updating metrics, and logging improvements

Ensuring purchasing compliance, quality data, and report accuracy with existing and new products

Preferred Attributes

3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles

ERP experience (NetSuite ideal but not essential)

Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and task completion

Great communicator who works well across departments

Confident managing vendors and internal expectations

Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple deadlines

Comfortable with data, reporting, and driving process improvement
