Job Summary

The facilities manager oversees the delivery of hard and soft FM services, including mechanical, electrical, building maintenance, infrastructure, asset management, fire prevention, and sustainability initiatives.

This role requires financial accountability for facilities and maintenance services in designated groups of stores. The successful candidate must ensure a safe site for everyone, every day by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety.

Responsibilities include managing and overseeing multiple sites and trade disciplines across geographically dispersed teams, delivering agreed facilities, proactive services, and maintenance strategies, coaching, developing, and motivating others through proven people leadership experience.
