Job Title:

A Facilities Service Manager is required to oversee and manage integrated facilities services at a client site.

The successful candidate will have experience managing hard and soft services in a GMP environment. They will be responsible for managing planned work schedules, reviewing and evaluating building works, and coordinating all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all hard and soft works are completed in accordance with service level agreements and occupational health and safety guidelines
  • Manage contractors while on site to perform works
  • Understand client contractual agreements
  • Engage contractors to deliver out-of-scope maintenance services
  • Manage work order flow to suit client requirements
  • Manage workflow systems (e.g., SAP and Maximo)
  • Manage minor project works as required
  • Prepare supplier and event requisitions
  • Liaise with all contractors for site works and liaise with building management

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing hard and soft services in a GMP environment
  • Ability to manage contractors while on site
  • Understanding of client contractual agreements
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
