This role focuses on delivering exceptional facilities management services to clients, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will lead a team of professionals in providing comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all facets of facilities management, including hard and soft services, across multiple client sites.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery
- Planning and managing facilities management operation teams, including staffing, training, and evaluating maintenance personnel
- Ensuring overall contract performance, including compliance, performance management against KPIs, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in property-based facilities and/or operations roles
- Facilities Management Certification (preferably)
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles, with ability to manage budgets
- People management experience, with proven track record of developing and mentoring small teams
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety Act, Essential Services regulations, Building Code of Australia requirements, and relevant Australian Standards
