Drive Business Growth as a Campaign Operations Analyst

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Analytics team and contribute to planning, executing, fulfilling, and optimizing marketing campaigns across channels.

  • We're seeking a skilled analyst who can build end-to-end marketing campaigns using SQL and marketing automation tools to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery of targeted campaigns on time, to the correct audience, and in line with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Key responsibilities include creating customer segments using available data and insights to target the right audience for each campaign.
  • You will also prepare and record data in required format so that campaign performance can be measured.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve engagement, ROI, and overall effectiveness is crucial to this role.
  • Effective collaboration with marketing, merchandising, analytics, and IT teams is necessary to align campaign execution with broader business strategies.
