  The Opportunity
  
  A new opportunity has arisen for a Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in tracking and analysing various data metrics related to our product performance, operations and other key performance indicators. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff in the Dean's Office, the successful candidate will provide actionable insights and meaningful analysis to support executive-level decision-making and reporting.
  
  Some additional responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies for data collection, analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualise key performance indicators
  • Regular review of performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the School to understand business requirement and key performance metrics
  • Provision of training and support to internal teams on data analysis tools and techniques
  • Collaboration with other teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy and security across all systems and platforms
    
    
  About You
  
  As a strong communicator with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills you will have the ability to present data and insights to non-technical audiences. You will also be confident working with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of the School. Degree qualified in Commerce, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, you will have extensive previous work experience in data analysis and business intelligence preferably gained within an educational or academic setting. You will be proficient in using data analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau and programming language such as SQL, Python or R. Some experience or familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Fabrics platforms will also be beneficial.
