About The Role

In this newly created role, as Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing a strategic roadmap that aligns with the Corporate functions and Procurement, Property, and Fleet business functions' strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Design, develop, configure, and test solutions for operational issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges, providing business and project support
  2. Work with the business and external vendors to develop effective system solutions for business requirements, maximizing Jemena ecosystems
  3. Design and document business requirements, functional design documents, and business cases for proposed work, ensuring best practices and consulting on options
  4. Review, refine, and assess enhancement backlogs and proactively identify business process improvements
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation and benefits realization
About You

To succeed, you should have experience as a Business Analyst in a Digital/Technology environment, with a strong understanding of SAP, digital solutions, and process optimization, along with:

  1. Experience with modern digital solutions, including cloud platforms, AI applications, automation tools, and system integrations
  2. Ability to assess business needs and translate them into digital initiatives
  3. Experience leading cross-functional collaboration
  4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  5. Relevant tertiary qualification
