We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Representative to join our esteemed team at Stamford Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional reception and front desk services to our discerning guests.

Our hotel attracts a diverse range of high-profile guests, including politicians, musicians, and bands. As a Front Office Representative, you will be expected to provide a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with these guests, while also being aware of their individual needs and preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a 5-star experience at all times.
  • Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and courtesy in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Promote the company's philosophies, credos, and core values through your actions and interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Extend a personal service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be aware of VIP guest movements, hotel events, local attractions, and activities, ensuring that you are able to provide guests with relevant information and recommendations.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service at all times.

Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with reservation procedures and cancellation procedures is essential for this role.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is a must for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to interact with guests, management, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in a second language is an added advantage for this role.
  • Team orientation is essential for this position, as you will be working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
