Job Overview

Compliance and Training Management

The Compliance and Training Manager is a key role in ensuring that our training programs are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives.

  • Develop and implement training strategies to meet compliance objectives
  • Coordinate and manage trainer management, quality assurance, and course coordination activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver compliant training resources
  • Support learners in their development journey and ensure an exceptional learning experience
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners to facilitate work placements

This role requires a strong understanding of national regulations, compliance frameworks, and good working knowledge of project management principles. Experience in developing and delivering compliant training resources, as well as course coordination and scheduling, is essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma-level qualification or higher
  • At least 2 years' experience in a training role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering compliant training resources
  • Course coordination and scheduling experience

Additional qualifications include TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Working with Children's check, double COVID-19 vaccination, and National Police check are required.
