Training and Compliance Coordinator Role

Are you an experienced Training professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Training and Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business in ensuring all employees are fully compliant, engaged, and informed through each aspect of our training and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to the business unit across all training and compliance needs
  • Action end-to-end tasks related to employee training and compliance lifecycle
  • Manage training calendars, office room bookings, arrange equipment, and coordinate trainer availability
  • Ensure strong relationships are built across the unit to enable seamless, quality-led service to the business, with staff, line managers, and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Available Mon-Fri for a 38-hour week
  • Previous exposure to coordinating, preparing, and delivering training
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Training role is preferred
  • Experience in managing diverse group of stakeholders and suppliers in a high-volume, high-value environment
  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
