Training and Compliance Role

This role focuses on providing daily support to the business unit across all training and compliance needs. You will be responsible for actioning end-to-end tasks related to the employee's training and compliance lifecycle, including Induction Training, New Starter check-ins, Refresher Course Training, Upkeep of Qualifications, and associated processes in various systems.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in coordinating, preparing, and delivering training, as well as managing a diverse group of stakeholders and suppliers in a high-volume environment. They must be confident in their ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
