Compliance Training Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Compliance Learning and Development Specialist. This position requires expertise in instructional design, training project management, and compliance-related areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for a leading global cryptocurrency platform.
- Manage all first-line of defense compliance processes, including Transaction Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, Screening, Complaints, and SAR Filing.
- Analyze training metrics and ensure programs meet regulatory requirements across Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, SAR Filing, and privacy domains.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development with a focus on instructional design and training project management.
- Strong background in AML, Fraud, SAR Filing, or other Compliance-related areas.
- Hands-on expertise with eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Suite) and learning management systems (Docebo).
