Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Training and Compliance Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the business and department managers in ensuring all employees are fully compliant, engaged, informed, and aligned through each aspect of our training and compliance requirements.

About the Role:
  • Support the business and department managers in implementing effective training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, including inductions, refresher courses, and other essential training.
  • Manage training records, track attendance, and maintain accurate data on employee compliance.
  • Develop and distribute training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to the organization's needs.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or assessments, and contribute to the design and development of training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
