Training and Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive training program focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF). The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, compliance officers, and business leaders to design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and best practices. They will possess excellent collaboration skills, effective communication and presentation abilities, and experience in creating interactive training content using e-learning authoring tools.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and compliance best practices
  • Previous experience as a Training Lead within a legal, financial or professional services environment
