Plant Operations Director

Established manufacturing entity seeks an experienced and reliable Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at multiple plants.
- Oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance function, ensuring efficient productivity of the plant.
- Deliver plant optimisation initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and implement planned maintenance strategies to ensure effective running of the plant.
- Lead project planning, execution and delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards and budget adherence.
- Drive process improvement, technical innovation and the implementation of advanced technologies.
- Relevant degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil or related field) highly beneficial.
- At least 10 years' management experience within a similar role, particularly with broad experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work effectively with a unionised workforce and a track record of fostering collaborative working relationships and building trust.
- Excellent experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and root cause analysis.
- Yearly pay review based on performance.
