Job Opportunity

This position oversees the implementation of a strategic plan and standard operating practices for manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you will work closely with other Plant Managers to drive production, quality, and labor utilization across the facility.

Responsibilities include assisting the Director in creating and implementing a strategic vision, providing leadership to ensure effective use of plant personnel and equipment, and ensuring accurate communication with various stakeholders. You will also develop and apply good manufacturing principles, emphasizing lean manufacturing processes to minimize costs and improve product quality.

Additionally, you will foster a culture of employee engagement through empowerment and skill development, maintain individual accountability, coach, train on technical and soft skills, conduct performance appraisals, reward, and discipline as appropriate. Your goal is to exceed internal and external customers' expectations by planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations.

Schedule and Work Environment
The selected candidate must be available to work Monday-Friday but also flexible as needed. You will need to work 12 shifts but be prepared to adapt to changing requirements.

Experience working in a fast-paced management environment and managing multiple shifts and manufacturing personnel is highly valued.
