About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Professional to join our team at KBR Inc. in Australia. This is a client-facing position that requires a strong technical background in Information Technology.
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the management and maintenance of a range of technology products for our clients. This includes providing administration and support for IT systems, managing and maintaining ICT technology, evaluating and optimising IT systems, developing and maintaining procedural documentation, offering subject matter expertise and advice on technology-enabled solutions, collaborating with clients and external stakeholders, assigning and delegating tasks to team members, and preparing and delivering regular reporting on system performance and service delivery.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need tertiary and/or vocational qualifications in IT or related fields, 3-5 years of experience in IT administration and simulation system management, strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team, excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, and ITIL Foundation certification (or higher). NV1 Security clearance (or ability to obtain) is also preferred.
