Centorrino Technologies, a leading innovator in customer experience, is seeking an IT Support Professional to join our Transitions team.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls and emails to investigate and resolve end-user issues, triaging incoming calls and tickets, escalating when necessary, and creating, updating, and maintaining relevant client documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Triage and escalate technical issues to senior teams as required.
  • Manage end-user accounts and devices across various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience with IT service desk software and ticketing systems is desirable.
