Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for combined national portfolios across various sectors, including M&A, Cyber, Trade Credit, Surety, and Financial Institutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and capitalize on opportunities in conjunction with other business lines.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute segment strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a growth-oriented approach.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with advanced partner management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with adaptability, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Background in specialty insurance or adjacent financial services, with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Tier 1 broking compliance (PS146) or ability to obtain within agreed timeframes.
