About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Arts Development Partnership Manager to join our Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and delivering against agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive growth and retention of existing partnerships
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with corporate partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver against partnership agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and results
  • Provide exceptional customer service to corporate partners

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in partnership management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation and sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
