Are you eager to embark on a new career journey? We're currently seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Melbourne Inner East team as a Team Leader.

We want someone who is passionate about cruise holidays and can turn that passion into an unforgettable experience for our customers. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for guiding by example, setting sail on exclusive perks, and navigating the world of cruise travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
