Lead a Team of Travel Consultants

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve its goals.

About the Role:
  • Manage a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily to ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
