Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cruise Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and excellent leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Supporting and handling walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximising sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
