Lead Cruise Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cruise Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales and service delivery of our cruise product.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded by meeting and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Supporting and handling walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximizing sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment with a focus on sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the cruise or travel industry
  • Experience with global distribution systems (GDS)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
