About the Role

This role is based in our Brisbane office and will work closely with our People Business Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for a full range of human resource services through the provision of advice and guidance to leaders, employees, and internal HR stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR advisory support to employees and leaders to ensure continuous upgrading of people capability and smooth implementation of people processes
  • Utilizing tools, guides, policies, and frameworks to support leader and employee queries
  • Assisting and guiding leaders through HR annual cyclical processes, including performance reviews, remuneration reviews, and development planning
  • Providing initial advice on company people policies and procedures, as well as legislation and enterprise agreements
  • Assisting leaders with performance management cases
  • Contributing to the rollout of initiatives and utilizing change management best practices
  • Facilitating and presenting HR programs
  • Working collaboratively with the HR Centres of Excellence to operationalize fit-for-purpose programs aligned to the regional business priorities, including opportunities for identifying efficiencies and continually improving service quality
  • HR administrative support for various People initiatives, including data management and assisting with reporting and data analysis to help draw insights to feed into better people solutions
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within designated timeframes in a complex and commercially focused company
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide advice and feedback
  • HR coordination/administration experience
  • Effective and engaging facilitation methodologies
  • Data Analytics experience, utilizing Excel
  • Demonstrated team player; supporting delivery of broader team objectives
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization

Ideally, you will have (or be working towards) formal qualifications in HR Management or a related area of study, such as Psychology or Commerce.
