Senior Advisor and Staff Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Advisor to drive and develop professional development and leadership formation for our leaders and staff across Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement professional development and formation opportunities for employees, students, and families to engage with the Catholic Tradition.
- Lead the Religious Education Accreditation Program (REAP) and other strategic initiatives to foster a shared understanding of the Catholic faith.
- Support the implementation of the Catholic Identity Framework using Enhancing Catholic School Identity (ECSI) resources.
- Provide strategic advice and develop resources to build capacity in Catholic leadership and theological formation within BCE schools and offices.
- Collaborate with school and office teams to enhance formation programs and student experiences in alignment with the Catholic Tradition.
- Analyse school data to support strategic decisions and enhance Catholic identity across the BCE system.
- Create resources for prayer, liturgy, and spiritual formation programs.
About You:
- A committed, practicing Catholic with a deep understanding of the Catholic Church's mission.
- Relevant Masters qualifications in Religious Education, Theology, leadership, spirituality, or similar fields.
- Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or equivalent in adult formation.
- Experience in leadership, project management, and change management to support and contribute to the success of initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate, build and develop strong working relationships and networks across our school communities.
