This is an exciting opportunity to work with an award-winning, international organisation that's a leader in the food industry. As an Injury Management Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Rehabilitation and Return to Work processes across a range of physical injuries within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including department leaders, HR, insurers, injured workers, and rehabilitation providers.
- Treatment and Return to Work Planning: Develop and coordinate treatment and return to work plans in a timely and proactive manner.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Coach, mentor, and support business units with pre-employment screening results, advising on risk and injury management strategies.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare reports for senior management and ensure file records are up-to-date.
- Qualifications: Allied Health Qualification (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehab Consultant, Rehab Counsellor, Psychologist).
- Experience: 3+ years in Occupational Rehabilitation or 3+ years in Injury Management in an employer.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of Workers Compensation (across multiple jurisdictions desired).
- Computer Literacy: Intermediate level or above.
- Flexible Working: 2-3 days of remote work per week.
- National Scheme Experience: Opportunity to gain or grow your national scheme experience.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 + bonus + benefits.
- Collaborative Team: Join a high-energy, social team with minimal travel required.
- Location Flexibility: Option to be based from Perth WA, Brisbane QLD, Melbourne VIC, Sydney NSW, or Adelaide SA, with the opportunity to travel interstate and onsite.
