Sime Darby Group is seeking a highly skilled People Services Advisor to join our award-winning team in Brisbane. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday. As a People Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for all inbound recruitment queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Phone screen candidates and filter information through to the Talent Acquisition team as required.
- Send out interview confirmations for candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide generalised support for the people and culture function, including administrative tasks and data entry.
- Work collaboratively with the centralised team model to achieve business objectives.
