About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People and Culture Advisor to join our team at the Archdiocese of Brisbane. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring that our employees are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Business Partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Talent Development Specialist: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career progression.
  • Employee Relations Specialist: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including case management, complaints and dispute resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Organizational Development Specialist: Partner with teams to execute HR initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Advanced Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant HR systems
