Job Description

At our organisation, our purpose is to make fitness more accessible. As a National Business Development Manager, you will drive new business growth while building frameworks for your team.

This role involves leading, enabling, and optimising - empowering your team with structure, strategy, and resources to drive sales effectively. You will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy, refining processes, and fostering a high-performance team.

  • Lead a high-performing Business Development team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and success.
  • Drive new business acquisition by refining and executing strategies to secure new employer clients.
  • Support and drive major sales opportunities, ensuring high-impact deals are effectively executed.
  • Refine sales strategies and frameworks, including scripting, objection handling, and KPI tracking.
  • Build and implement sales structures and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline, identifying gaps and providing solutions to optimise results.
  • Develop reporting frameworks to track key sales metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Drive strategic decision-making by compiling insightful reports for executive management and the Board.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, training, and overall team effectiveness.
