Commercial Manager – National Growth & Client Strategy

Job Overview

The company seeks a senior commercial leader to shape its future. As Commercial Manager, you will work closely with the Founder to manage client relationships, support commercial strategy, and contribute to revenue growth across two aligned brands.

This role offers national scope and impactful responsibilities in client, sales, and advisory functions. You will support complex engagements, guiding C-suite clients through property search, leasing strategies, and project scoping, while also handling internal budgeting, planning, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support national commercial strategy and sales activities
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities in various sectors
  • Build and manage relationships with executive-level clients
  • Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and contracts
  • Assist with property advisory services, including site identification and lease reviews
  • Coordinate with legal, real estate, and delivery partners
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Support strategic business planning and operational priorities with the Founder
Required Skills and Qualifications

You are a commercially minded operator with:

  • 7–10+ years' experience in client-facing, sales, or commercial support roles within property advisory, workplace, real estate, or infrastructure consulting
  • Strong executive presence and relationship management skills
  • Solid commercial acumen in pricing, contracts, and planning
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Qualifications in Business, Property, or related disciplines
