Job Summary
IPAR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our occupational rehabilitation team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching your team to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service, evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and achievement of SLAs;
- Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
- Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
- Recruitment, induction, and training of new team members;
- Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
- Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
- Drive an engaging workplace culture.
Requirements
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing;
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA;
- Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance;
- Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
