Senior Rehabilitation Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and motivating your team to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes. You will continue to develop your multidisciplinary team and provide encouragement in an inclusive and collaborative space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service, evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and achievement of SLAs;
- Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
- Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
- Recruitment, induction, and training of new team members;
- Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
- Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
- Drive an engaging workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing;
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA;
- Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance;
- Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
