Industrial Upholsterer

Our client is a renowned manufacturer of high-quality automotive seating solutions for the four-wheel drive aftermarket, light truck, and defence vehicle markets. They have established a strong reputation for delivering premium products that prioritize comfort, support, and durability.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Upholsterer to join their team in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will be required to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm. Overtime and weekend work may be available at the discretion of the Branch Manager. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

The successful Industrial Upholsterer will be responsible for:

• Sewing fabric, including vinyl and leather, using industrial sewing machines according to our client's specifications and quality standards.
• Accurately measuring and cutting fabric pieces for assembly, ensuring precise dimensions.
• Performing quality checks to verify that the products meet established criteria for durability, strength, and performance.
• Meeting deadlines and prioritizing workload to maximize efficiency.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, the Industrial Upholsterer must have:

• Experience in industrial sewing and upholstery.
