**Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service, evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and achievement of SLAs
* Identify and implement innovative operational improvements
* Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities
* Recruit, induct, and train new team members
* Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums
* Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports
* Drive an engaging workplace culture
**Requirements:**
* Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing
* Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA
* Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance
* Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
* A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance
