We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of invoices for our Service business.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is attached to work orders.
- Maintain up-to-date records in Servicemax system against work orders pending invoicing.
- Follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders to enable invoicing.
- Communicate with customers regarding invoice enquiries and dispute resolution.
- Work collaboratively with Service Technicians and agency network to ensure correct paperwork is attached to work orders.
- Confident communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Experience in external invoicing, preferably in the service business or related industry.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable: Exposure to ServiceMax.
