At Dormakaba, we're committed to excellence and innovation. As an Invoicing Clerk, you'll play a vital role in our Service business, ensuring the timely processing of invoices and maintaining high-quality information.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Service Technicians and agency networks to ensure accurate paperwork is attached to work orders.
- Maintaining up-to-date records in Servicemax system against work orders pending invoicing.
- Following up on outstanding Purchase Orders to enable invoicing.
- Resolving credit hold issues and communicating with customers regarding invoice enquiries and disputes.
Your Skills
We're looking for a confident communicator with a passion for problem-solving. While external invoicing experience in the service business is desirable, it's not essential. What's crucial is your attention to detail, enthusiasm for a challenge, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
