Invoicing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of invoices for our Service business.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with Service Technicians and agency network to ensure correct paperwork is attached to work orders
- Maintain up-to-date records in Servicemax system against work orders pending invoicing
- Follow up outstanding Purchase Orders to enable invoicing
- Chase up accounts on credit hold and resolve
- Communicate with customers regarding invoice enquiries and dispute resolution
- Confident communicator with a desire to actively seek solutions to problems
- External invoicing experience in the service business or related industry (desirable)
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to ServiceMax (desirable)
