We are seeking a highly skilled Production / Project Coordinator to join our team at Veritas Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order process from initiation to dispatch, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caravan orders from initial stages to dispatch, ensuring compliance and quality according to plans and specifications
  • Communicate chassis numbers and scheduled builds to dealers
  • Classify caravan orders for potential customisations while collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Plan and facilitate caravan order tasks internally to streamline production
  • Prepare proforma invoices and elevations for dealer approval
  • Supply order documentation to the production team, discussing customisations
  • Review and implement changes to orders in collaboration with management and team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, acting as the primary contact for submitted orders
  • Conduct quality checks throughout production stages to ensure adherence to specifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the caravan manufacturing industry (essential)
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Intermediate IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
  • Degree or trade qualification (desirable)
  • Forklift license (desirable)
