About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Veritas Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order process from initiation to dispatch.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring our caravans meet compliance and quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with both dealers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caravan orders from initial stages to dispatch, ensuring compliance and quality according to plans and specifications
  • Communicate chassis numbers and scheduled builds to dealers
  • Classify caravan orders for potential customizations while collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Plan and facilitate caravan order tasks internally to streamline production
  • Prepare proforma invoices and elevations for dealer approval
  • Supply order documentation to the production team, discussing customizations
  • Review and implement changes to orders in collaboration with management and team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, acting as the primary contact for submitted orders
  • Conduct quality checks throughout production stages to ensure adherence to specifications
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the caravan manufacturing industry (essential)
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Intermediate IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
  • Degree or trade qualification (desirable)
  • Forklift license (desirable)
