We're looking for experienced Claims Consultants to join our team at NTI. As a leading provider of insurance solutions, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers in their time of need.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll be responsible for managing claims and providing outstanding customer service.

  • You will listen to understand our customer's unique needs and facilitate each part of the claims process on their behalf.
  • As the main point of contact for our customers, you'll handle phone and email inquiries, as well as communicate with other teams within the business.
  • Your job is to take the stress away from our customers by owning their claims end-to-end and keeping them updated throughout the process.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A sense of humour, to help make each day a little easier

Please note that at least a few years of experience working as a Claims Consultant, preferably in domestic or commercial motor insurance, is highly desirable. Additionally, a commitment to learning and professional development is essential.
