Strategic Residential Analyst Role

The position of Senior Strategic Residential Analyst is a pivotal one, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the residential living asset class.

This opportunity involves driving our origination strategy by monitoring economic, regulatory, and sector conditions to identify new opportunities and manage risk.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to inform targeted acquisition strategies.
  • Reviewing and updating the annual asset class review to ensure robust and effective strategies.
  • Leading due diligence on transactions, reviewing complex financial models from prospective joint venture partners.
  • Developing detailed financial models of property and capital level inputs, making recommendations on deal structures based on opportunity, risks, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Managing external consultants for independent due diligence and preparing project plans and investment memoranda for review and approval.
  • Monitoring joint venture investments, managing valuation procurement, and assisting with internal and external reporting.

Candidates should possess advanced financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals. Strong strategic capabilities, business acumen, and sound judgment are also crucial in this role.
