Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Asset Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, or engineering, combined with business acumen and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the delivery of asset due diligence and valuation services through analysis of client data, market research, and technical expertise.
  2. Develop and review valuation models for tangible assets, and conduct physical inspections of plant and equipment both domestically and internationally.
  3. Lead meetings and facilitate calls with client management and on-site personnel regarding projects and execution.
  4. Access in-house data and analytics tools to provide services such as Fixed Asset Register health audits, rebuilds, and CAPEX optimisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (or equivalent STEM discipline), combined with a Business/Commerce degree.
  • Strong analytical skills and innovative data analytics capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in performing plant and equipment valuation.
  • Membership or eligibility for membership in relevant professional bodies, and a Practicing Valuer Certification or similar credentials.
  • Knowledge and experience with software suites, including Microsoft Office tools and ETL/visualisation tools like Power BI, Python, and Tableau.
